• Concept-stage disclosure: all specifications marked "design target" are engineering goals pending certification, not certified ratings.
• Plan license: a plan set purchase licenses one build. It doesn't transfer copyright, and it isn't a substitute for your jurisdiction's permit process.
• Plan refunds: 14 days if your building department rejects the documented engineering scope — send the rejection notice, get the refund.
• Reservation refunds: $500, fully refundable, any reason, one click, five business days.
